At ECO, we believe building better starts from the ground up. Born out of frustration with messy, delayed, and expensive groundwork, our system was created by builders, for builders, to radically improve how homes get out of the ground.

After more than a decade developing our own housing and apartment projects, we were stuck in the same cycle: heavy machinery, deep trenches, lorry after lorry of concrete, and constant delays, often down to the weather or unreliable contractors. It was clear the traditional approach to foundations was holding everything back.

That’s when we discovered helical piling ,a clean, fast, and structural alternative to conventional concrete foundations. No mess. No spoil. No delays. Just engineered steel piles with structural accreditation and third-party warranty cover. After four years of testing and refining the process, we’ve now built a system that’s fully compliant, warranty-backed, and ready for the future of smarter homebuilding.
