How It Works:

Site-Specific Helical Pile Design

Based on your supplied site investigation or SPT results, we select and design the appropriate screw pile system. Piles are driven to resistance and torque-monitored during install for verification.

Structural Slab Integration

Our multideck + C35 concrete slab system is engineered for load transfer and fixed over the piles, forming a rigid base with minimal site work.

Insulated Superstructure

Timber panels are manufactured to your engineer-signed drawings. Connection details are verified and pre-calculated for load paths, wind, and racking resistance.
